Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:


  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at toyshut10@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:


  • Opened or used toys

  • Toys missing original packaging or parts

  • Custom or personalized toy items

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

🚫 No Refunds on Pokémon Cards

All sales of Pokémon cards are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of collectible trading cards:


  • Card values frequently change based on market demand

  • Packs and boxes contain random contents

  • Products can be tampered with or resealed once opened

For these reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on any Pokémon card products under any circumstances.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must still meet all standard return conditions (unused, original packaging, and proof of purchase).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:


  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
